Dr. Talmage, a graduate of the University of Michigan, has been in private Ob/Gyn practice for over 40 years in the Toledo area. He has served as a past president of the Ohio State Medical Association, chair of the Federation of State Medical Boards of the United States, and is a retired Brigadier General in the US Army Medical Corps. He served in both the Army Reserves and the Army National Guard.
Lance is currently vice president of the Pi Kappa Phi Foundation board for 2014-2015.
