Leadership London & Leadership Dublin
These study abroad programs are a partnership between Pi Kappa Phi and FIE — an accredited study abroad provider — that integrates classroom learning, internship experiences and leadership development opportunities in order to prepare our students for leadership in a global world.
Study
Students matriculating from institutions that also partner with FIE can receive course credit directly from their college or university. All other Pi Kappa Phi members will receive a transcript from Drexel University, FIE’s U.S. school of record.
London
Since 1998, the FIE has set a high standard for delivering academic programs abroad. The FIE Study & Internship Program is a customized program that includes course work, as well as a guaranteed internship with a small to mid-sized company in London.
Courses take place at Foundation House, a study center located in beautiful, historic Kensington. Our students will be able to take advantage of a professional team of educators, administrators, and staff, as well as all of the extra-curricular activities available during their term abroad. Click here for additional information regarding the academic course information.
Dublin
Directly enroll at one of these popular universities in Ireland for international students with FIE programs in Dublin:
- Dublin Business School (semester, internship and summer program options)
- University College Dublin (semester and academic year options)
- Trinity College Dublin (semester and academic year options)
While you study abroad in Dublin at your institution of choice, the resident staff at FIE Dublin will be on hand to provide guidance and a wide variety of resources. Your housing, health and safety support, and extra-curricular activities are coordinated, all with the same goal of supporting your immersion into an authentically Irish way of life.
Intern
An international internship through FIE is a pre-professional, field-based experience coupled with academic analysis and reflection that helps students develop professional and cultural skills while providing personal and career awareness.
With an FIE internship, Pi Kappa Phi members will have the opportunity to apply classroom theory to practice and to challenge pre-conceived notions of cultures and the professional world. This experience strengthens students’ marketable skills to future employers who now want people with international experience to help grow their company. Check out the links below for more information about the internship opportunities in each city.

Explore
In addition to academic and experiential education, members of Pi Kappa Phi in London will also have the opportunity to participate in the GreekConnect program, which includes facilitated discussions on the Greek foundations of fraternities and sororities, exploration of the Masonic traditions that influenced fraternity and sorority rituals, and “reverse culture shock” training on how best to reassimilate into the chapter after a semester abroad.
Additionally, members will have the opportunity to connect with, network and explore Europe with other Pi Kappa Phi brothers and alumni while becoming engulfed in the culture of London or Dublin for a semester.
