I would like to thank my parents for their tremendous support for Theta Chapter. Ever since I became a Pi Kapp in 2012, both of my parents fully supported me and the chapter. My father even became an alumni initiate shortly after I was initiated. Over the course of my undergraduate career as a Pi Kapp, my parents have donated more than their share of their time and money to Theta Chapter. In the year my father was initiated he also received the “Alumni of the Year Award.” In addition, my mother’s name has been brought up during small discussions about this year’s Rose Queen, an honor I know she will be grateful and humbled to receive.
I am very thankful to have such involved and amazing parents and I believe they fully deserve this recognition.
