Theta Zeta Chapter is Chapter of the Year at George Washington

That makes three Chapter of the Year Awards in the last four years, four in the last six years.

The chapter also was honored to receive the Service and Philanthropy Award as well as the Chapter Operations Award.

In addition, Theta Zeta won Gold in Leadership, Silver in Programming and Housing Operations, Bronze in Academics, and they were the only chapter to place in all categories.

Theta Zeta’s current Archon, Vance Prescott (pictured on the left), also won The Baer Award for Individual Excellence, which is a prestigious award developed in honor and memory of David A. Baer, a member of the George Washington class of 1910, for his involvement in and support for the University’s extra-curricular program. This award honors those students who have demonstrated integrity and commitment in their overall conduct as members of the campus community. Recipients of the Baer Award have taken it upon themselves to make our community stronger and pledged to enhance student life through a variety of involvements.

The chapter was thrilled to see their archon recognized with this award and to have represented themselves so well at the Excellence in Student Life Awards.
