GENERAL
What is Supreme Chapter?
Supreme Chapter is held every two years and brings together students, alumni and friends from around the country. During this event, Pi Kappa Phi offers members the opportunity to reconnect, meet and network with brothers from all chapters. In addition, the Supreme Chapter elects a new governing National Council and sets the Fraternity’s course for the future.
Why should I go to Supreme Chapter?
Supreme Chapter offers invaluable fraternal networking and professional growth opportunities for both students and alumni members, an opportunity to reconnect with your Fraternity brothers and a trip to a top-tier city with your friends and family.
When and where is the 58th Supreme Chapter?
Supreme Chapter will be held at the Baltimore Hilton Inner Harbor in Baltimore, Maryland, form July 25–28, 2024.
What happens at Supreme Chapter?
Supreme Chapter includes legislative sessions, spouse activities, networking/mentoring time, Supreme Banquet and a variety of other social activities. Alumni and their guests may take advantage of as much or as little of the scheduled offerings as they wish. A full schedule can be found here.
Can I bring my spouse/partner/friend/family members?

HOTEL
What is the hotel room rate?
Pi Kappa Phi has a room block with a rate of $175/night. This rate extends three days prior to the start of the event and three days after (based on hotel availability) if you would like to extend your stay.
Do I book my own hotel room?
Alumni and friends are responsible for booking their own room and may do so by clicking here.
Duly registered chapter delegates do not need to book a hotel room. Lodging in the Supreme Chapter hotel is included in your registration fee. Every delegate must stay on-site, even if your chapter is local to the area.
I want to share a room with someone. Can we split the cost?
Yes. You and your roommate must book your room together to be in the same room directly through the hotel. Cost splitting will be arranged directly with your roommate or the hotel.
Will I earn Hilton loyalty points with the group rate?
Yes. Make sure to share your rewards number directly with the hotel when making your reservation if you’d like to receive points.
TRANSPORTATION
What’s the best way to get to Baltimore?
Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) is the closest airport. Amtrak also serves the area.
How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
Attendees are responsible for getting to the hotel from the airport or bus/train station and back. Baltimore has a variety of public and private transportation options.
MISCELLANEOUS
What is the attire?
All events at the hotel, including legislative sessions and meals, are coat and tie/business professional. The opening event and off-site events are casual. Will I be able to interact with students from my chapter?
Yes. There are various events where you will be able to connect with students as well as other alumni from your chapter.
I heard there was a baseball game.
Yes! Is childcare offered?
Childcare is available at the Supreme Chapter Banquet on Saturday evening and is included in the cost of the under 18 banquet ticket cost. If childcare is needed at other times, please contact our events team.
Will I need to know the esoteric Pi Kappa Phi grip?
Yes. Members are challenged during check-in at the convention in order to attend legislative sessions and the ritual of initiation.
