Jason Rodriguez and the winter 2014 issue of The Trident
Rodriguez was quoted in an article titled “Cultural Appropriation on the College Campus,” which discussed diversity issues in their organization and overall in the Greek community. Rodriguez is quoted in the article saying: “It’s especially important for chapters to recognize that cultural misappropriation is an issue. Be intentional [with your party theme] and really think about it.” The article is very relevant to our students today, and it is a good reminder that staying in line with our values means we must respect diversity. Pi Kappa Phi is proud of Jason for his efforts and involvement with this article.
