The Strategic Planning Workshop is a half-day workshop designed to boost your chapter's performance in the Seven Objectives of Chapter Excellence. Intended for the entire chapter, this workshop will help your chapter create its own strategic plan, or in the case that your chapter already has a strategic plan, this workshop can be used to review and update your plan and measure your progress. The National Headquarters can assist in providing a trained facilitator for this workshop upon request.

The Recruitment Workshop is a full-day planning and training program to help your chapter properly and effectively recruit new members. This workshop is typically planned by the Vice Archon just prior to the start of recruitment. Many chapters host multiple recruitment workshops during the year to properly prepare for recruitment all year long.

Within two weeks after your chapter's elections, the outgoing executive council should meet with the incoming executive council to plan for a smooth transition. We recommend that your chapter advisor and Council of Advisors also attend. All chapters are required to hold an election every November, and your officer transition should be complete by the first week of December.
Officer Transition Plan

When your chapter's Leadership Consultant visits, he will facilitate one of many workshops for the chapter at large. These workshops are focused on leadership development and cover a wide range of topics.
