SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
1:00 PM to 1:30 PM I Pi Kappa Phi Open House

Meet at 43 Coming Street to briefly walk through the newly renovated Alpha Chapter House.

1:30 PM to 2:00 PM I Annual Meeting–Initiated Brothers Only

This will take place at TD Arena (conference room #209). Take elevator to second floor and turn right out of elevator. Take first left and room will be on the right-hand side. Agenda items include: (1) update on Alpha Chapter Investment Fund; (2) summary/update of annual alumni events; and (3) officer elections.

2:00 PM to 3:00 PM I Founders’ Day Celebration Arrival and Cocktails

This will take place at AD Arena (McAlister Suite). All brothers and guests are welcome.

3:00 PM to 3:30 PM I Founders’ Day Kickoff

3:30 PM to 4:00 PM I “Rebuilding Alpha”

This will be given by keynote speaker, James Maloney, assistant executive director of new chapter development at Pi Kappa Phi.

4:00 PM to 5:30 PM I Alumni/Guest Fellowship

5:30 PM I Meeting Adjourned

 

The cost for the event is $40/person (current Charleston Alumni Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi members are free who are current on their dues). Guests are welcome. Tickets must be purchased by Wednesday, December 5th.

1. Check (Make a check payable to “Charleston Alumni Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi” and send to Ryan Treat (36 Shadowmoss Parkway, Charleston, SC 29414).)
