Cullen O’Donnell

Cullen Thomas O’Donnell is a Peace Corps Volunteer currently serving as a Secondary Education English Teacher in Ecuador. He is teaching at “Primero de Abril” High School in the city of Latacunga. O’Donnell graduated from Florida Southern College in December with a B.S. in Sociology and a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish. He was a re-Founding Father of the Beta Beta chapter of Pi Kappa Phi at Florida Southern, where he also served as Historian and Social Chairman. Outside of college, he worked as a youth development professional at Boys & Girls Club, a counselor at Neighborhood Ministries, and a substitute teacher at Title 1 schools in Polk County. He still actively advocates for educational equality, especially for at-risk populations. He has published research in several academic journals and plans to pursue volunteer work at non-profit organizations in Ecuador.
