Coastal Carolina brothers shave heads in honor of chapter advisor Hucks

As part of Hucks’ treatment, he is undergoing chemotherapy and will be losing his hair. The brothers of the Eta Pi Chapter all came together and got their heads shaved so they could be like their advisor that contributes so much to the fraternity.

Soon after getting their heads shaved, the entire campus was aware of the support that these brothers show for each other.

“Scott Hucks would do anything for this chapter and since he is losing his hair, we are losing ours” said Matthew Thomas, chapter archon. It was around this time last year that the brothers of the chapter raised $20,000 for the Will Andrews Foundation to help pay for the treatment in support of their brother and chapter advisor. The Pi Kappa Phi brothers at Coastal Carolina are committed to being leaders on campus, scholars in the classroom, but most importantly becoming brothers for the rest of their lives.
