Bradley Watts

30under30 LOGOAs an undergraduate, Brad served his chapter as Philanthropy Chairman and as a member of the Standards Board. In addition, Brad was actively involved in his university and served two terms as President of the Student Government and one term as a Student Trustee for the University of Alabama System Board of Trustees. After graduating from The University of Alabama at Birmingham, Brad attended law school at The University of Alabama, where he graduated in the top third of his class and was an Executive Editor of the Journal of the Legal Profession and a Member of the Moot Court Board.

After graduating from the University of Alabama School of Law, Brad moved to Washington, D.C. to serve as a Legislative Counsel on Senator Jeff Sessions’ (R-AL) Judiciary Committee staff, where he worked primarily on intellectual property and bankruptcy issues. In March, Brad moved across the Hill to become Legislative Director to Congressman Louie Gohmert (TX-01). As Congressman Gohmert’s Legislative Director, Brad is responsible for advising the Congressman on all legislative votes and policies. In addition, Brad also assists in the development of the Congressman’s policy positions and the implementation of his legislative initiatives. Brad maintains his commitment to Pi Kappa Phi by serving as a Ladder of Risk Facilitator and as a Chapter Advisor to the Eta Epsilon Associate Chapter at University of Maryland-College Park.
