On Monday, March 20, the brothers of Alpha Mu (Penn State) participated in a 24-hour bike-a-thon to raise money for The Ability Experience.
They setup a stationary bike in the HUB student center, a location where thousands of students and faculty pass through daily.
The event was a huge success raising nearly $1,500 in donations and giving the new chapter more recognition on campus.
The brothers were also pleasantly surprised to meet the wife of a Pi Kapp alumnus when she approached the table to introduce herself. The event was a success and the chapter is excitedly looking forward to holding another in the future.
