Leading through change is where Robert McClaughry, Iota Rho (Western Illinois), excels. After graduation, he began work with Werner Enterprise as a transportation manager. In two years, Robert was promoted twice and currently leads a team as their Dedicated Logistics Manager. Robert credits Pi Kappa Phi for the leadership experience of uniting and working thru challenges as he currently leads his professional team. Valuing commitment and achievement, Robert remains engaged with his home chapter with financial contributions towards The Ability Experience and his chapter.
