2020 Thirty Under 30: Gregory Swierzewski

Gregory lives out fraternal values on a consistent basis by being an engaged alumnus and dedicated community volunteer. He is a Founding Father of the Iota Epsilon chapter at Susquehanna University. He was an involved student during his collegiate years; he was in several honor societies, on the track and field team, and held multiple positions in his chapter. Upon graduating in May 2014, he started working for Pi Kappa Phi as a Leadership Consultant where he continued to make an impact on brothers across the country. After completing a year as a consultant, he decided he wanted to be closer to his girlfriend- now wife. He moved to Pennsylvania and started on a successful career path at Aetna as an Underwriter.  He then spent two years at Clemens Food Group as an HRIS Analyst where he was known for his dedication to his work and teammates, helping others at any time, and his ability to “roll with the punches.” He was recognized for his contributions and teamwork by the Senior Leadership Team at Clemens.  He recently accepted and is excited to begin his new role with Cenlar FSB as an HRIS Analyst II.  Outside of his day-to-day job if he is not spending time with his wife Liz and daughter Lilly; or studying for his master’s in data analytics from Penn State University, you can find him at the Sellersville Fire Department where he is an active volunteer firefighter and serves as the Vice President.  Greg grew up going to the fire house with his Dad and became a member at the age of 15. In 2018, he was honored with the Firefighter of the Year award for his continued dedication and for going above and beyond. He is also an Eagle Scout and proudly volunteers with his local troop. A few years after his college graduation he was one of a few founding members who worked together to charter Iota Epsilon’s alumni chapter. He believes that Pi Kappa Phi and the organizations he is involved with have impacted him in a positive way and have made him the man he is today.
