2020 Thirty Under 30: Ethan Norman

Ethan’s loyalty and steadfast love for Pi Kappa Phi is evident through his actions and commitment to giving back to his chapter and The Ability Experience. He is a Re-Founding Father of the Delta Lambda chapter at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He was a treasurer as a student and has been the chapter’s recruitment and philanthropy advisor and now serves as their chapter advisor. After graduating with his master’s degree, he went on to cycle the Journey of Hope North route in summer 2018 which he considers to be his most significant accomplishment. He believes that serving others in that manner humbled him not only as a Pi Kapp, but as a man. That same year he joined the Ability Experience staff as Assistant Director of Logistics. Most recently, he started a new job with Lowe’s Corporate as an analyst but is grateful for the opportunity to give back to the greater Fraternity over the last year. Among his other achievements he maintains that getting engaged to his best friend, Macy, earning the rank of Eagle Scout, and earning his master’s degree in Economics are in his top accomplishments. He is an active member of the Pi Kappa Phi Charlotte Alumni Area group and serves on their executive board as treasurer and secretary. Volunteering plays a major part in his life and he spends time giving back to Loaves and Fishes to help feed the hungry in the Charlotte area. He credits the fraternity as being the biggest reason for his success as a young adult and being the largest source of growth, development and connections that has helped him in the position he stands today as a leader, mentor and brother.
