2020 Thirty Under 30: Connor Aller

Connor is a motivated, life-long learner that is determined to share his success with brothers. After he graduated from Missouri State University, he moved to Dalian, China working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for courses in Financial Markets & Intermediaries and Information Systems within Business Intelligence. He even got a second job in China teaching English at a local academy. After returning to the United States, he moved to New York City and started a career in alternative investments. At Supreme Chapter 2018 in Chicago, he was awarded the North American Interfraternity Undergraduate of Distinction Award for his service to the fraternity and to his campus during his collegiate career. He continues to support the Theta Lambda chapter through an annual scholarship he created in honor of his mother who passed away his senior year of high school after her battle with multiple sclerosis. His scholarship pays for the spring dues of the recipient because he says he understands what it’s like to not come from means and understands the significance and life lessons of the fraternity experience that Pi Kappa Phi gave him. He attributes the fraternity for making him a well-rounded individual and for teaching him the value of relationships. Outside of his professional career, you can find him performing improv comedy!
