Jeremy ‘JD’ Brown

During Jeremy’s last semester of college, he had an internship as a Device Test Intern at TEOCO and was promoted to a Radio Test Engineer one month before graduating. He was the first person in TEOCO history to be promoted from internship to engineer before graduating. After graduating, Jeremy took the position of Software Engineer at a point of sale company called InfoSolve Inc. where he was tasked with project management, customer support, system testing, and staff training. After working part-time with sales for AdvoCare, a nutritional supplement company, Jeremy took a position with Association Member Benefits Advisors (AMBA) in Dallas as a Benefits Advisor/Manager Trainee. After starting at AMBA, Jeremy received the Mustang Grand Diamond award, an award that must be achieved within the first 18 weeks. Only 1% of the company has achieved the award and he achieved in it only 14 weeks. Within 7 months of being hired, he was promoted to District Manager, where he manages his own sales team. In addition to his career accomplishments, Jeremy has participated in Build Amerca two summers in a row, once as a project manager. He has facilitated both Ability Camps and Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers three times and has both interned and facilitated for Pi Kapp College for Emerging Leaders.
