2018 Thirty Under 30: Eric Niu

While Eric was a student at California State University – Fullerton, he received the “Titan Leave Your Footprint Award” after serving as the President and CEO for the Associated Students Incorporated where he managed a $7 million dollar non-profit organization. After graduating with a double major in International Business and Economics, Eric moved to Washington DC and worked in President Obama’s Administration as the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. There, Eric founded Alakai, an elite innovator’s community to cultivate an innovative, collaborative, and open ecosystem in the Federal government. Later, Eric joined Deloitte Consulting LLP as a Senior consultant where he partnered with government executives and business leaders to align people strategies with business strategies.  He provided strategies, project management, and technology adoption expertise through data analytics to help government agencies and Fortune 500 companies. Recently, Eric became the founder and CEO of Swaggle. Inspired from his own struggles to find an affordable designer look for the workforce fresh out of college, Eric founded Swaggle as a company that helps young professionals find affordable clothing through one easy to use location.
