Founding father of the Epsilon Theta (Seton Hall) Chapter, Victor Gomez partnered with his alma mater’s department of information technology to spearhead Seton Hall’s integration of esports into its strategic mission. The program has a state-of-the-art esports lab, which serves as the base of operations for the university’s three esports teams, which have gone on to claim great success in numerous championship competitions. Gomez’s passion for esports led to a partnership with the Children’s Miracle Network to donate over $10,000 over the years. His tenacious drive and passion for serving others led to his appointment as the impact committee chair in the Electronic Gaming Federation’s collegiate division. Gomez learned many lessons as a founding father of his chapter and applies them throughout his career. He passes along the values of Pi Kappa Phi to students at Seton Hall by doing all he can to help them succeed in life.
