· Five winners will be selected at random each week. Each winner will receive a $30 gift card. The dates of each drawing are February 28, March 6, March 13, March 20, March 27, and April 3.
· To be eligible for each week’s sweepstake, a member must have completed the survey by no later than 11:59pm Eastern Time on the previous day. For example, a member must complete the member survey by February 27 at 11:59pm Eastern Time to be eligible for the February 28 sweepstake.
· Each member is only eligible to win one $30 gift card. After becoming eligible to win, members may only become ineligible if their individual member survey link becomes inactive or they win one of the weekly sweepstakes.
