The ten members piled into two minivans to make the 740 mile trip. Of the ten members on the trip, only one had been to Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers before. The brothers survived the 12-hour journey and made it to Birmingham early, which left room for a much needed nap. Each chapter officer spent countless hours in various training courses to be better equipped to run the chapter. Exhausted but filled with memories and knowledge, the chapter officers are excited to share their experiences with the rest of the Iota Upsilon Chapter. With the training that the officers have received, they have now taken their first steps toward their 2nd consecutive FGCU IFC Fraternity of the Year award.
