Frequently Asked Questions

What Safety Measures Will You Implement?

We will regularly monitor federal, state of Missouri, St. Louis and Hotel St. Louis/Marriott requirements and guidelines. These requirements will be communicated to our attendees in advance and at check-in, and we will follow them accordingly.

  • If there are discrepancies in jurisdictional or hotel requirements, we will adhere to the strictest guidance.

Currently, requirements include:

    • wearing a mask in common areas of the host hotel
    • 50% indoor capacity
    • 3–6 feet social distancing
    • six people at a 72” round table for meals
    • enhanced hospital-grade disinfectants and electrostatic spray treatments at the host hotel.
What if I need to quarantine?
  • We will provide full event program refund for anyone who cannot attend at any point during the pre-registration process and on-site event.
  • The host hotel will provide quarantine rooms should an attendee be exposed to or confirmed COVID-19 positive.
What’s expected of attendees?
  • Follow safety precautions outlined by the Fraternity per federal, state, local and Marriott requirements and guidelines.
  • Complete a health screening survey immediately prior to arrival to acknowledge a lack of potential COVID-19 symptoms and/or exposure.
  • Use COVID-19 precautions while traveling and outside of the host hotel in St. Louis.
Are vaccinations required?

While not required, vaccinations are highly encouraged.

Attendees can voluntarily disclose the completion of their COVID-19 vaccination during registration and will be identified accordingly. This will allow attendees who have completed the vaccination process to easily identify each other and adjust their interactions according to the CDC’s guidance. Currently, the CDC’s guidance states persons who have been vaccinated can safely interact without masks or distancing requirements.

Nu Phi Credit

Finally, we are also pleased to announce that given the cancellation of our in-person Supreme Chapter last summer, all initiated brothers who attend the 2021 Summer Alumni Reunion will receive a one-time Nu Phi Society credit.
