A current MBA student at The University of Arizona, Erik Peaches, Theta Upsilon (Northern Arizona), graduated with a bachelor’s of science and went on to obtain a master’s of public health from Arizona before pursuing an MBA. Peaches has worked as a community health educator and program assistant for his university, and he currently works as the assistant coordinator and social media coordinator at Arizona. Peaches gained confidence to pursue an MBA through his Pi Kappa Phi leadership skills and after talking with Theta Upsilon alumni. He hopes to give back by mentoring other brothers, just as he was mentored over the years. As a Native American, Peaches is a role model among other indigenous young men, helping them to find their identity in academia. He continues to mentor others and is dedicated to promoting himself as a Native American to show Pi Kappa Phi promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
