Founding Archon of the Kappa Theta (San Diego) Chapter, Eric Severn is a founding partner of ScaleTech Consulting. Severn began his career with REPS & Company as a business intelligence analyst and IT technician, moved into project management in the company, and eventually became chief technology officer. Severn had always wanted to start his own business, and as a founding Archon, he understood the necessary commitment and work ethic that would take. Today, Severn runs ScaleTech, a technology staffing and consulting agency focused on improving the way technology departments run while developing a better work culture within the technology industry.
