A founding father of the Beta Delta (Drake) Chapter, Alexander Shaner graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he was the managing editor of the Minnesota Law Review and Student Director for the Insurance Law Clinic. Currently, Shaner is a practicing business litigation attorney for the McGrath Litigation Group in Omaha, Nebraska. Shaner exhibits a dedication to volunteerism through his passion for serving fellow citizens facing difficulties or challenges. The principles of leadership and accountability fostered as an undergraduate member of Pi Kappa Phi instilled a commitment to lifelong brotherhood in Shaner, who currently serves as Chapter Advisor for Creighton Associate Chapter.
