Brooke Kingsley Isbell

Assistant Executive Director of Prevention & Accountability

Operating out of Richmond Virginia, Brooke is primarily responsible for developing and managing the Fraternity’s menu of programs and initiatives intended to prevent and address the negative behaviors associated with alcohol and drug abuse, hazing, and sexual abuse and harassment. Her favorite part of the job is working with chapters and volunteers to create positive chapter change.

A native of Indiana, Brooke was initiated into Phi Mu Fraternity as an undergraduate at Purdue University where she received a bachelor’s degree in consumer science. She later attended North Carolina State where she earned a master’s degree in higher education administration. Brooke came to Pi Kappa Phi from Delta Sigma Phi where she served as Coordinator for Compliance. Previously she has worked at 3 universities.

Brooke enjoys traveling and being outdoors. Her hobbies include cooking, photography and recently picked up road cycling! During her free time she can be found hanging out with her dog Beau and husband Zach.
