William was a Founding Father of Iota Pi Chapter at Dayton and credits the lessons he learned starting a chapter to his successes developing his business. After graduating he, along with a few friends, started Lagoon Systems Corp. for advanced water management. They began developing a first of its kind non-invasive pipe sensor for water meters that through a mobile app gives you back your water usage in real time for each appliance and fixture in your home or facility. They won South by Southwest’s 2014 Eco clean tech award and were named to Forbes 2015 30 Under 30 list for energy. William is Lagoon’s Chief Creative Officer and deals with all of their marketing and branding. Along with his work with Lagoon he is currently an Industry Sales Manger for Batterii, a visual innovation platform for enterprises that connects teams to collaborate, share research, and drive innovation.
