Wayne Unger initiated into the Theta Xi chapter of Pi Kappa Phi in the fall of 2009. During his time as an undergraduate member he served both as standards board and Archon. Under his leadership, Pi Kappa Phi at Arizona State had record-breaking fundraising for Push America and was awarded the top three honors any undergraduate fraternity chapter can receive Ð Arizona State’s Fraternity of the Year Award, Pi Kappa Phi’s Kroeg Award and the North-American Interfraternity Conference’s Chapter Award of Distinction. After graduating with honors in the Business Supply Chain Management program, Wayne went on to work for Cisco Systems in San Jose, Calif., where he is the chief of staff for Supply Chain Risk Management, Sustainability and Compliance. In San Jose, Wayne immediately continued his service to the fraternity by becoming a Ladder of Risk facilitator and the chartering chapter advisor for the Iota Sigma Chapter at San Jose State.
