I’d like to thank Tom Carter for embodying lifelong commitment to Pi Kappa Phi and setting that example for all those that have interacted with him. Everyone who has met Tom over his decades of membership can attest to his unwavering fondness to the Fraternity, his willingness to volunteer for the organization and eagerness to help a brother out.
