Many wonderful speakers enhanced the experience, and the evening ended appropriately, as alumni and actives worked together to alumni initiate two new brothers. On the morning of Saturday, April 2, brothers worked together to build ramps throughout the Springfield area. Partnered with the Southwest Center for Independent Living, over 60 brothers came out to build three ramps for people with disabilities. It was a wonderful time full of brotherhood and community.
During Saturday evening, everyone gathered at The Veridian in downtown Springfield for Theta Lambda’s annual Rose Ball Banquet. Between a wonderful meal, a beautiful veunue, wonderful speakers, and great DJ’ing, the night was a large success. The weekend was an opportunity to connect the alumni and active chapter with memories and stories being made and shared by all.
