Health and Safety Edu Instructions for Associate Members

As part of our comprehensive prevention program for new students, Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity expects you to complete Health & Safety Edu. This online education will empower you to make well-informed decisions about issues that affect your college years and beyond.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY
You are expected to complete Health & Safety Edu PRIOR to April 15, 2024 (for associate members who joined in the fall) or June 1, 2024 (for associate members who joined in the spring). If you do not complete the modules, your chapter will receive a $50 fine, and this will be passed down to you to reimburse.

To access the module, please read the following instructions carefully:

• Go to your email that you submitted for Chapter Gateway.
• Search for an email titled “Welcome to Pi Kappa Phi.”
• Follow the instructions in the email to create a Pi Kappa Phi username and password.
• Once your account is created, you can access the online module via the Pi Kapp Hub.
• Once logged in, navigate to and click “The Virtual Journey” from the menu in the top left of your screen

• Select “Health & Safety Edu” on the left side of your screen

• Click “Survey” and begin the course

If you need to reset your password:

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• You may take the course in multiple sittings.
• The course may include surveys to help personalize your experience and measure students’ attitudes and behaviors. All survey responses are confidential; Pi Kappa Phi will only receive information about the membership as a whole and will never see individual members’ answers.
• Should you experience problems, contact the Senior Director of Harm Reduction, Grant Parker.
