The Star & Lamp is the official magazine of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity published twice each year. In this issue, view the Greater Fraternity’s Annual Report and read about what our chapters and our alumni have accomplished in 2019. Additionally, Pi Kappa Phi is proud to celebrate 10 years of Pi Kapp College for Emerging Leaders through a commemorative review of the program’s history and impact. Also in this issue: How 2019’s Philanthropy Chairman of the Year motivated his chapter and demonstrated the value of peer to peer fundraising, what one previous Thirty Under 30 Award recipient is doing to support people with disabilities through a career in prosthetics, and we present the proposed National Council slate to be voted on at the upcoming Supreme Chapter Virtual Experience in July 2020.
Editors’ Note: This issue of The Star & Lamp was previously anticipated to be published in both print and in digital formats, and to be released in the spring of 2020. However, due to COVID-19, the Greater Fraternity decided it was in the best interest financially to forgo a print edition for this issue, and to revise the content of the magazine to be more reflective of the state of the fraternity. We apologize that this issue could not be delivered in print, and we hope you enjoy this digital edition of The Star & Lamp.
