The Pi Kappa Phi Foundation is excited to announce its upcoming Fall 2020 Scholarships!
This fall, the Pi Kappa Phi Foundation will offer three different scholarships to deserving undergraduate members. Over $50,000 in grants will be given out to recipients.
Applications will go live on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 and will be due on Monday, October 12, 2020.
David D. Morgan “Extra Mile” National Scholars Program
The David D. Morgan “Extra Mile” National Scholars Program offers students over $50,000 in grants every fall. Students who have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher; are initiated members of the Fraternity; are in good financial and conduct standings with their chapter and provide a letter of recommendation from an employer (if applicable) are eligible to apply. Students are also awarded points based on various aspects of their college lives (including grades, Pi Kappa Phi involvement, campus involvement, and employment). The total recipients and grants vary and are given in increments of $500, $750, and $1,000.

International Scholars Award
The International Scholars Award allows those students opportunities to go abroad each semester that may not otherwise have the financial means to do so. In the fall, applications for students who plan to go abroad in SPRING 2021 are being accepted. Students who have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, are initiated members of the Fraternity, are in good financial and conduct standings with their chapters, provide two letters of recommendation, and show proof of acceptance into an accredited study abroad program are eligible to apply. The total recipients and grants vary (ranging from $1,000 to $4,000).

Otis R. McCollum Memorial Scholarship
Students who are members of chartered North Carolina chapters can apply for the Otis R. McCollum Memorial Scholarship. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, be initiated members of the Fraternity, and be in good financial and conduct standings with their chapters. One recipient will be selected to receive a $2,000 grant.

- Thomas W. Dalton Jr. Memorial Scholarship (Delta Beta Chapter only)
- Todd J. Porterfield Memorial Scholarship (Alpha Delta Chapter only)
Dr. William Sandford Durrell Scholarship for Excellence in Chemistry
The Dr. William Sandford Durrell Scholarship for Excellence in Chemistry recognizes excellence in the field of chemistry by a student member of Pi Kappa Phi by awarding an $800 grant. To be eligible, an applicant must be a rising junior, senior or graduate student in the field of chemistry and have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
