Dylan previously served the fraternity as a Leadership Consultant. As Assistant Director of Education, Dylan will be working with chapters to develop and improve upon the experiences offered not only in the Associate Member Education process but through all four years of undergraduate membership. With a proven track record as a former Leadership Consultant, he looks forward to continuing to meet exceptional student leaders and working with them to create uncommon, compelling experiences not only for their chapter but for themselves.
In May of 2016 at Kansas State University, Dylan earned a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management, as well as a minor in Leadership Studies. As a student, he was involved with the Society for Human Resource Management, Enactus, the Kansas State Swim Club, and – of course – Pi Kappa Phi. Dylan had the opportunity to join Pi Kapp in the fall of 2013 as a Re-Founding Father, where he served the chapter as Treasurer, Re-Chartering Archon, and Warden.
In his spare time, Dylan can be found relaxing by a pool, reading books about business or new trends in the aquatics industry, playing casual puzzle games, or messing around with a frisbee.
