I would like to nominate Phillip Lloyd Hamilton, Regional Governor of the South Florida Region. He was very instrumental in getting the house for the Theta Delta chapter this summer and spends a lot of time and energy in ensuring the success of the house at Florida International. He is also a key player with the Alpha Chi chapter house.
