Nu Chapter at University of Nebraska - Lincoln, recently won Delta Gamma's Anchorsplash competition for the first time since rechartering. Members competed in synchronized swimming, a male beauty paegent, and many other events. After competing for many years with no success, they've finally accomplished their goal!
On Saturday, October 12th, the Alpha Lambda Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi was rechartered at the University of Mississippi, ending a 60-year hiatus from the Greek community at Ole Miss. Finally receiving their long-awaited charter was a special moment for these founding fathers, but it was not the only highlight of this record-breaking weekend.

On October 17 and 18, the Theta Lambda Chapter (Missouri State) held their Alumni Weekend during the university's Homecoming Weekend.
The brothers of the Zeta Sigma chapter of Pi Kappa Phi volunteers with Tree Davis as their random act of kindness. Active and associate members planted and took care of trees at Northstar park in Davis, Cali.
If you have been to [Missouri State's] Rockstar before, you may be familiar with last year's winner, junior Adam Grimes (Theta Lambda (Missouri State)). His impressive voice helped his fraternity win Rockstar again, which is a homecoming event.
On September 27, the brothers of Alpha Alpha (Mercer) held a benefit concert for The Ability Experience in Macon, Ga. The goal of the concert was to not only promote Pi Kappa Phi's philanthropy on Mercer's campus, but also to better educate the Macon public about Pi Kappa Phi and what students do on behalf of people with disabilities. It also gave the chapter a chance to explain the change from Push America to The Ability Experience.
On October 19th, the brothers of Epsilon Mu Chapter (Bradley) kicked off their War of the Roses with a 24-hour awareness event for The Ability Experience by reviving an old event that was done by their founding members in the 1980s: The Push-A-Thon.
The Ability Experience recently announced their formal partnership with Best Buddies International, but Pi Kappa Phi chapters across the country have been working with Best Buddies for some time through Friendship Visits and other events like "Spread The Word To End The Word."
