A bike ride across 32 different states, spanning nearly 12,000 miles is an accomplishment five Pi Kappa Phi brothers of the Theta Xi Chapter at ASU completed over the summer.
This endeavor, titled Journey of Hope, seeks to raise awareness for people with special needs.
If teaching English to students in Taiwan wasn't enough of an adventure, an alumnus of the Beta Omicron Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi and his wife are embarking on a philanthropic trek around the island nation.

Brotherhood... Does it last? you bet it does! Our Brotherhood began in the 1960's as we were just starting at NJIT (in those days Newark College of Engineering) working towards a Bachelors degree, all with plans to make our marks in engineering careers.

At first glance, it wasn't the kind of book that I would be apt to buy. "How Goats Can Fight Poverty: Complex problems do not always need complex solutions," was the title of the book. Not exactly a page-turner, I thought.
