Neil was this year’s recipient of the Young Alumni of the Year Award for Beta Iota Chapter. He currently serves as advisor for recruitment and public relations and provides help in other areas. For the past three years he has secured a sponsorship though Outback Steakhouse for food donations at no cost to Beta Iota’s annual Pi Kappa Pasta fundraiser. His full-time job is a quality manager for Preform Technologies, where he’s received top honors within the company for starting and implementing a lean manufacturing/Six Sigma quality system that took the company to a record breaking year in 2013. Neil also has started and developed a real-estate investment and management company. He specializes in the single family home with an emphasis on the student market. A past cheerleader and marathon runner, he has established a local cheerleading association as well as a runners club for those preparing for marathons.
