Throughout February and March, members across the nation had the opportunity to share feedback about their experience through the Pi Kappa Phi 2019 Member Survey. Made possible through a partnership with Dyad Strategies, an educational assessment company that works with universities and fraternal organizations across the nation, the annual survey offers an opportunity to measure and maximize the impact of the student experience.
When the survey closed on April 1st, over 7,000 undergraduate members participated in the survey. This brought the national response rate to 63.8%, a 13.7% increase from the national response rate in 2018. While over 90% of chapters achieved a statistically significant response rate, there were 26 chapters (listed below) that achieved an impressive response rate of 100%.

After member survey results are calculated, reports will be shared with all chapters. Each chapter that achieved a response rate of at least 30% will receive a report with chapter-specific information which can be used by officers, key committee chairmen, and advisors to change existing programs, develop new opportunities and resources to strengthen each member’s experience, and provide real results to share during recruitment with both potential new members and parents.
Thank you to all members who participated in this year’s survey. If you have questions about the Pi Kappa Phi 2019 Member Survey, please contact Director of Member Development Dylan McKenzie.
