In short, UGA Miracle is the largest student-run philanthropy on campus who raised over $1.3 Million dollars last year, benefiting Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. All of the efforts go to funding the Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit and the Aflac Cancer Center at Children’s.

This year marked our first year as a chapter getting involved with this organization, and we as brothers collectively exerted extensive efforts to make as large of an impact we could within the philanthropy. Bound together, we were able to raise $20,395 for this incredible organization, placing among the top 4 of all fraternities on campus with regards to amounts fundraised in just our first year.

This amount contributed to the grand total of $1,261,077.18 that UGA Miracle raised all going towards the kids at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. All in all, I believe I speak for all our chapter members when I say that this has truly been a moving and life-changing experience to us as men, as we are extremely proud of our success and to be able to have the opportunity to contribute to something larger than ourselves. All of these efforts could have never been possible without the overwhelming support of our parents and alumni, and for that, we say thank you. We are thrilled with the achievements we have accomplished this year, and we look forward to our involvement with UGA Miracle for the years to come.
