Kappa Eta Chapter charters at Geneseo

For the chapter, the road to chartering started in the spring semester of 2015 where they were colonized and welcomed by the Greek community at Geneseo.

The weekend was facilitated by Installation Officer James Krucher, and Assistant Installation Officer David White, initiates of the Beta Alpha Chapter at New Jersey’s Institute of Technology. In addition to officially instituting the Kappa Eta Chapter, James and David provided the men with a challenge to continually improve and excel at Geneseo.

On Friday night, an initiation team from the Theta Psi Chapter at Rochester Institute of Technology and the Eta Lambda Chapter at College of Brockport helped to welcome the men of Kappa Eta into the brotherhood of Pi Kappa Phi.

On Saturday night, the Kappa Eta Chapter hosted a banquet, where nearly 80 friends and members of the Geneseo community gathered to celebrate the accomplishments of the chapter.

Lastly, Pi Kappa Phi would like to express its appreciation for the students, advisors, volunteers, university and national fraternity staff who put in countless hours to make chartering a reality for these brothers. Undoubtedly, the men of Kappa Eta have a bright future ahead of them. Welcome to Pi Kappa Phi!
