Some of the highlights included position specific lesson plans from leaders in the national fraternity, excellent chapter planning sessions, and a moving speech from the Chief Executive Officer of Pi Kappa Phi Mark E. Timmes.
At the end of the exciting weekend the Iota Gamma council left with a strong sense of leadership, and bountiful ideas for not only position specific, but also chapter wide improvement. Motivation is high as we look forward to the start of the spring semester.
