Brent is responsible for working with the Fraternity’s nine chapter leadership consultants who travel to support chapters. He supports the leadership consultant recruitment program, including training and operations management, works with students and chapters for additional development and servicing needs, and assists with the compliance process for administrative deadlines. Brent is the main point of contact for all campus-based fraternity and sorority life professionals, and assists with risk management investigations and chapter-level completion of sanctions.
Brent graduated from Purdue University (Boiler Up!) with a degree in communication in 2001. He was active with The Ability Experience as a crew member for the 1998 Journey of Hope South Team and served as project manager for the 1999 Gear Up Florida Team. Brent went on to complete his M.Ed. at the University of South Florida (Go Bulls!) where he volunteered as the chapter advisor for the Zeta Eta Chapter during their associate chapter period and re-chartering. Prior to joining staff, he was an active volunteer facilitating Ladder of Risk, Alcohol Skills Training Program, and Pi Kapp College events. Brent joins the staff after working on campuses as the fraternity and sorority life advisor at The University of Tampa and Florida Gulf Coast University.
In his free time, Brent enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, running, reading, and spending time with family in Minnesota.
