Holmes Murphy, the fraternity’s insurance carrier has provided a helpful winter break checklist to assist chapters and housing corporations preparing for breaks and winter. It’s important to make sure that someone is in charge of overseeing the chapter house or your own personal residences are safe so that when the spring semester starts up, the chapter is moving forward without having to deal with items that could have been prevented by simple planning.
