After meeting several brothers from other schools, the Gamma Theta brothers have created stronger ties with several other chapters in their region. Through the course of the weekend, they learned techniques that not only better themselves as chapter officers, but that also improve the chapter experience as a whole. While spending quality time together as an executive council, they were able to establish several goals for the upcoming year.
