While the common goal was to learn and grow as leaders within our fraternity, the highlight of the weekend was watching our fellow brother Josh Toch deliver a speech in front of the entire convention. During the convention we established goals pertaining to each position ranging from expansion of recruitment to betterment of alumni relations and inclusion. It was an insightful and eye opening weekend that has left our new cabinet energized about the year and ready to lead the next class of Pi Kappa Phi into the future.
