The newly elected executive council sat alongside 38 chapters from the southeast region here in Charlotte, North Carolina. During this leadership development conference, officers from all over the southeast region learned how to be effective and efficient in their role in order to successfully lead their chapter. The Eta Zeta 2016 council members plan to better our chapter by improving academics, improving the new member and member experience, increase recruitment and retention rates, and lastly build stronger men and leaders.
