The brothers participated in position specific workshops and met to create a strategic plan to prepare them to lead the chapter in the upcoming calendar year. The weekend was highlighted by the awards banquet, where Eta Upsilon was awarded with the Executive Award for Most Members Initiated in a Calendar Year for the Northeast Region with 35 men joining the chapter last spring. The chapter looks forward to use what they have learned from the conference for the upcoming spring semester.
