We sent nine officers to the conference where the newly elected chapter leaders were trained in leadership, effective chapter programing, and the values of a Pi Kappa Phi executive member. Along with the valuable lessons learned, Eta Sigma also took home five awards: Recruitment Excellence for being in the top quartile in size on our campus; two Master Chapter distinctions in Governance and Campus Involvement; Commitment to Values for excellence in our use of Standards Board; Most Improved Ð Campus Involvement. After leaving home last year empty handed, we are really proud of the work we have done the past year to be distinguished as one of the top chapters on the West Coast. We hope this is the start of an awesome year for our executive council and chapter. Thanks Nationals for an incredible experience.
