The chapter learned how to become better leaders and how to direct Epsilon Lambda in a positive direction. The brothers grew together as a whole and learned many things to apply to the chapter from keynote speakers and constructive thinking activities.
We are looking forward to 2016 and plan to create more exceptional leaders with uncommon opportunities. Epsilon Lambda also wants to become more engaged with alumni this year, so if you have any ideas contact Chad Simmons at csimmons@email.uscupstate.edu.
We look forward to hearing from everyone. Lastly, We’d like to thank Casey Cornelius for these wise words: “Leadership is action, not position. So stop waiting around for others to do it. Still want a title? You have one. It’s brother.”
